November 16, 2022 Recount Meeting Minutes  Invocation - ??  The meeting was called to order on November 16, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at the Cumberland  County Board of Elections board room by the Chair.  Present:  Helen Nelson - Chair Billy King Member James Baker - Member  Irene Grimes - Secretary Linda Devore - Member  Staff:  Vicki Hillburn, Angie Amaro, Bill Helms, Robbie Waring  ACTION: Member Grimes moves that the Board approve the agenda.  Second: Member King Vote: Unanimous in favor  ACTION: Member Devore moves to conduct a discretionary recount for One Stop site B and  precinct Cliffdale West 2. Second: Member Grimes Vote: Unanimous in favor  Adiscretionary recount is conducted on One Stop site B (Cliffdale) and precinct Cliffdale West For Cliffdale West-2, 17 ballots from Election Day emergency bin added to count, for a total of 477 ballots. One-stop B site (Cliffdale Recreation Center) ballot count is consistent with previous count (11462); there are 11461 ATVs. Staff will do further research to determine ACTION: Member Grimes moves to approve the totals for One Stop site B and precinct  2.  cause of discrepancy. Cliffdale West 2.
