May 17, 2022  Absentee & One Stop Meeting Minutes  The meeting was called to order on May 17, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Cumberland County Board of  Elections by the Chair. Present: Helen Nelson - Chair  Billy King - Member  Linda Devore - Member James Baker Member Irene Grimes-s Secretary  Staff: Guests: N/A  Angela Amaro, Vickie Hilburn, William Helms  PUBLIC COMMENT: N/A Second: Member Baker Vote: Unanimous ini favor and print the closing tapes.  ACTION: Member King moves that the Board approve the agenda as presented.  Staff members prepare the DS200 machines for printing the tapes (following shut down procedures) Interim Director Amaro presents a letter from a watchdog group complimenting the staff at the Cumberland County Board of Elections for the high standards with which this office conducts  elections.
