May 03, 2022  Absentee Meeting Minutes  The meeting was called to order on May 03, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Cumberland County  Board of Elections board room by the Chair. Present: Helen Nelson - Chair  Billy King Member Irene Grimes - Secretary  Linda Devore - Member James Baker Member Angela Amaro, Vickie Hillburn  Staff: Guests:  Amanda Turnmire, Sandra Walker, Sally Shutt  ACTION: Secretary Grimes moves that the Board approve the agenda.  Second: Member King Vote: Unanimous in favor  Staff member Hillburn presents thirty eight absentee ballot envelopes (35 Civilian; 2 Overseas, 1N Military) that have been received and reports that the staff recommendation is to approve Staff member Hillburn also reports that as of May 03, 2022; 3:00pm 3,964 voters had cast ACTION: Secretary Grimes moves to approve the seventeen absentee ballots presented by  them.
