Cumberland County Board of Elections  Board Meeting Action Minutes  November 16, 2023 (4:00 p.m.)  Present: Chair Grimes, Member Baker, Member Edmonds, Member Devore, Member King.  Staff present: Director Amaro, Deputy Director Hilburn. The invocation was offered by Member Baker.  Ad discretionary recount was conducted for Precinct CC16 because their count was off by2.  Director Amaro explained that a paper jam caused one ballot to be run through the tabulator twice on Election  Day. The recount corrected this problem. After recount: 324 ballots tabulated on Election Day.  323 counted today 322ATV's  One ballot remains unidentified.
