Staff in attendance are Director Amaro, Mitzie Roberts, Robert Waring. The invocation was offered by Member Derek Edmonds. The meeting was called to order by the Chair at 5:00 pm. New Business:  Early Voting Plan (Primary Election Municipal October 2023): Director Amaro recommends one early voting site at the Board of Elections office (Monday through Friday 8:00a.m.-5:00 p.m. and the last Action: Member Devore moves to accept the Director's early voting plan (second by Member Baker). Early' Voting Plan (Municipal Election November 2023): Director Amaro recommends one early voting site at the Board of Elections office (Monday through Friday 8:00a.m.-5:00 p.m. and the last Staturday Action: Member King moves to: set the Early Voting site at the Board of Elections as recommended by the Director, and add an Early Voting. Site at Cliffdale to be open. Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m and the last. Saturday, from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (second by Member Devore).
