Henderson County Board of Social Services July31st, 2024, Regular Meeting Minutes  A.  Call to Order 11:40 am.  The Henderson County Board of Social Services meeting was called to order by Chair Simpson at  Board Members Present Josh Simpson, Member  Melinda Lowrance, Member Rebecca McCall, Member Lorie Horne, Social Work Program Administrator Melissa Novack, Finance Officer Debby Freeman, Economic Services Program Administrator Candice Fowler, Administrative Assistant/Board Clerk John Mitchell, County Manager Jimmy Brissie, Assistant County Manager  Staff Leadership Present Jerrie McFalls, Secretary to the Board/Outgoing Director  Guest  Barry Horne  B.  Oath of Office: Lorie Horne  Chair of the Board of Henderson County Commissioners Rebecca McCall proceeded with the oath of office to swear Lorie Horne in as the Director of Henderson County Social Services.
