Second: Member Baker Vote: Unanimous in favor Absentee Officer Hillburn presents 645 absentee ballot envelopes: 582 Civilian, 43 Military and 20 Overseas that have been received and reports that the staff recommendation is to approve ACTION: Member Grimes moves to approve the 645 absentee ballots presented by staff them.
