April 26, 2022 Absentee Meeting Minutes  The meeting was called to order on April 26, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Cumberland County  Board of Elections board room by the Secretary. Present: James Baker Member  Billy King - Member Irene Grimes - Secretary  Linda Devore Member Helen Nelson, Chair Angela Amaro, Vickie Hillburn  Absent: Staff: Guests:  N/A  ACTION: Member King moves that the Board approve the agenda.  Second: Member Devore Vote: Unanimous in favor  Staff member Hillburn presents seventeen absentee ballot envelopes (13 Civilian; 3 Overseas, 1N Military; Overseas and Military have been duplicated) that have been received and reports that the staff recommendation is to approve them. Board members spot check the envelopes. ACTION: Member Baker moves to approve the seventeen absentee ballots presented by staff.  Second: Member King. Vote: Unanimous in favor.  The seventeen ballots were entered into the tabulator, bringing the total absentee ballots to  date to 30.
