November 03, 2022 Absentee Meeting Minutes  Invocation - Member King  The meeting was called to order on November 3, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at the Cumberland County  Board of Elections board room by Member Devore.  Present: Absent: Staff: Guests:  Billy King - Member James Baker - Member Helen Nelson - Chair  Linda Devore - Member Irene Grimes - Secretary  Vicki Hillburn, Angie Amaro, Mitzie Roberts  Peter Apone  ACTION: Member King moves that the Board approve the agenda.  Second: Member Baker Vote: Unanimous in favor  Absentee Officer Hillburn presents 383 absentee ballot envelopes: 345 Civilian, 28 Military and 10 Overseas that have been received and reports that the staff recommendation is to approve ACTION: Member Baker moves to approve the 383 absentee ballots presented by staff  them. Second: Member King Vote: Unanimous in favor  Ballots were entered into the tabulator, bringing the total absentee ballot count on the DS200 ACTION: Member Baker moves to appoint Peter Pappas Chief Election Judge in Cross Creek  to 1951.  10 precinct on a temporary basis as recommended by staff member Roberts.
