Department Heads  BACKGROUND:  The City Administrator and City Treasurer have discussed and developed the preliminary 2025 Budget for all funds. The next step is to have City Council review and discuss the preliminary budget for the 2025 Budget year  and offer direction to the City Administrator and City Treasurer.  RECOMMENDATION: Discuss Preliminary Draft Budget for 2025 and receive direction from Council.
