Call to Order and Certification of a Quorum  Mayor Robin Collins called the Kemah Council Meeting/Kemah Public Facilities Corporation Meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Kemah City Hall. Present were City Councilmembers Teresa Vazquez-Evans, Doug Meisinger, Justin Staton, and Isaac Saldana. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the expenditure of funds to remove  community-wide storm debris.  Urgent: Removal of Storm Debris is necessary to maintain the health and safety of the  community Motion: Made By: Vote: 3.
