Consideration and Possible Action: To Approve a Variance for Galveston Bay Foundation located at 1725 HWY 146, City Administrator Kemah, TX for Sewer Motion: To Approve the variance and issue a permit after conditions have been met. Commercial fence to be completed and brought up to Maintain Surety Bond for Certificate of Occupancy. In the event Galveston Bay Foundation sells the property, the city must ensure the purchaser maintains the surety, as a condition of issuance of a CO and that a notice will be filed in the real property records stating any transfer is subject to the City's TCEQ Approval and Permitting with a copy submitted Approval of a On Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) Permit with Galveston County Health District That the Galveston Bay Foundation will develop a list of companies that can provide sewage/septic pumping when needed. When a named storm enters the Gulf of Mexico, GBF shall contact one of those companies to be on call to provide full pump out services of all liquid and solid waste contained in its compost toilets systems should the National Weather Service predict with its 72-hour Tract Forecast Cone, that the storm will make landfall as a category 1 storm orl larger within 75 miles of Galveston, TX Code estrictions/conditions, to the City of Kemah.
