PUBLICCOMMENTENA  a. CALLEDAGENDA:T (Discuss and consider the following items)  A. DIDC24-25 Budget Approval-1 Toney Prather went over DIDC and DBEDC budget. Councilwoman Gonzales made ai motion to approve DIDC and DBEDC budget. Councilwoman Spears seconds that motion. All members present were Propose Budget 24-25 - Line item 10-540-170 was decreased! by $6,000 and D. Present and Propose 2024 Tax Rate and Take Record Vote - Councilmember Amick made a motion to approve voter approval tax rate. Councilmember Spears seconds that motion. Allmembers present were inf favor. E. Set Date for setting Tax Rate - Councilmember Spears tax rate date for September 9, 2024. Councilmember Amick seconds that motion. All members present were in favor. Motion carried. Resolution #011-24, Abilene Community Foundation Checking Account- Councilwoman Spears made a motion to approve Resolution #011-24. Councilwoman Gonzales seconds that motion. All members present were in G. Resolution #012-24, Approval OfTCOLE Policy on FFDE-Councilwoman Amick made a motion to approve Resolution #012-24. Councilwoman Brown seconds that motion. All members present were in favor. Motion carried.  in favor. Motion carried. B.
