Lots ofpeople Public Works Report: Denman gave report. explained 7, Police Chief Report: Chief Cotton stated the police department SheriffPounds; hei is helping ast mucha as he can and said he couldn'tdoit itwithout stated, "Dean said the police departments assistance with Golden Saturday was fantastic". was asked why he wasn't in the parade, he said he was doing traffic control to make sure the parade was asuccess. Animal Control/Code Enforcement Report: Mary Roberts went over her report regarding code enforcement and Animal Control. She stated: 340 S Texas is making changes to the house. Hopefully in 10. Report: Sccretary Harbour stated new meters will hopefully start being installed on August 26th. and pre instaliment mecting tentatively scheduled for August 19th. 14. City Administrator Report: City Administrator Denman went over financials; no questions Mr. Denman stated we had received a $10,000 grant. Sherif Pounds went over stats for the Sherifrs department coverage. He also went over different options to help cut cost with the Sherifl's department 15. patrol.
