CONSIDER BURN BAN-TAKE APPROPRIATEACTION Commissioner Gully made a motion to lift the burn ban, Bradshaw. Motion carried 4-1, with Commissioner Gierisch duly seconded by Commissioner CONSDEDSCISAPPROVE PROJECT OLD SORRELL, A BATTERY STORAGE SYSTEM - TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION The Commissioners' Court discussed offering a 3-year tax abatement at 30%, as well as contributing $2000 per year to the Eden Volunteer Fire Department, $2000 per Library, $2000, per year to Child Find. Commissioner Bradshaw made a tax abatement at 30% as well as the contributions to each Commissioner Gully. Motion carried unanimously. OASDERDBCISAPROVE CHANGES TOCOURTHOUSE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION Commissioners Gully and Dillard are going to step down from Committee and Leza Smith and Jan Markee are willing to take the their Bradshaw made a motion to replace Commissioner Gully and Commissioner places. A line item will go back to American National for the remaining balance of the trade-ins from compensation sheriff's office patrol units. Sheriff Frazier and Mrs. Gierisch will get together on this. Motion carried 4-0-1, with Commissioner Bradshaw  abstaining.  478    479  CONSIDERIAPPROVE ALL ACCOUNTS PAYABLE FOR CONCHO COUNTY - TAKE Mrs. Gierisch presented the monthly Accounts Payable Claim Register from July 10, 2024, through July 23, 2024, with at total of $145,672.92. She also presented the Gross Pay for June, totaling $146,925.26. Commissioner Dillard made a motion to approve and pay all accounts due and owing by Concho County, duly seconded by Commissioner Bradshaw. Motion carried REPORTS, INFORMATION, AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS- NO ACTION TO BE TAKEN Commissioner Gully said that he was given gravel but has no place to store it. Commissioner Commissioner Gully said that he had an auction company stop by. They conduct auctions for big Commissioner Bradshaw said that CTTC is running fiberoptic lines along one of! his county roads, but therei is no ditch to speak of, so they will be running it part way under the road. Commissioner Dillard is looking at a dump truck. He said all the repairs have been completed on his maintainer that was vandalized last weekend. He gave the receipts to Mrs. Gierisch. Mrs. Hall said that a vendor set up a website for the purchase of clothing with the County emblem embroidered on them. She shared the website with everyone. She has Scott-Merriman coming to Mrs. Hall advised that she had a new Elections Clerk start last week, and she will have a new Mrs. Hall received Precinct 1 and Precinct 2. July 25th we should be getting thet tax information from the Concho Central Appraisal District.
