499  STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF CONCHO  BEI IT REMEMBERED THAT THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF CONCHO COUNTY, TEXAS, met in Regular Term for a Budget Workshop on this, the 23rd day of July 2024 at Paint Rock, Texas, in the District Courtroom, Second Floor, after proper notice to the public for the proper length of time, being Notice #6486, with the following members present, to-wit:  David Dillard, County Judge, presiding; Trey Bradshaw, Commissioner, Precinct #1; Eric Gully, Commissioner, Precinct #2; Gary Gierisch, Commissioner, Precinct #3; Keith Dillard, Commissioner, Precinct #4; Amber Hall, County Clerk and Ex-Officio Clerk of Commissioners' Court; and  Jenifer Gierisch, County Treasurer; Scott Spoonts, Justice of the Peace; Brent Frazier, County  Sheriff; when the following business was transacted, to-wit; Judge Dillard called the meeting to order at 1:38 p.m. BUDGET WORKSHOP FOR FY2025  Discussion and clarification of thel Budget for FY 2025. There will be a 5% raise to all employees, except those departments that have a step-raise system in place. The budget for the General Fund was looked over. Checked over the Fire Department usage. Concho Valley Food Bank has not requested the monies allotted to them yet. There are several empty fund lines that will be Next Commissioners Court meeting to be held on August 13, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., and another There BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS OR ACTIONS to come before this Budget Workshop of the regular session of Commissioners Court, said session was adjourned by County Judge  deleted due to no usage with Statute changes.
