Term for a Special Meeting on this, the 3rd day of September 2024 at Paint Rock, Texas, in the District Courtroom, Second Floor, after proper notice to the public for the proper length oft time, being Notice #6501, with thef following members present, to-wit:  David Dillard, County Judge, presiding; Trey Bradshaw, Commissioner, Precinct #1; Eric Gully, Commissioner, Precinct #2; Gary Gierisch, Commissioner, Precinct #3; - Keith Dillard, Commissioner, Precinct #4; Amber Hall, County Clerk and Ex-Officio Clerk of  Commissioners' Court;  Jenifer Gierisch, County Treasurer; Scott Spoonts, Justice of the Peace; Brent Frazier, County Sheriff; and Members of the Public; See Exhibit A; when the following business was transacted, COASDERORCUSSAPPROVE ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR FY 2025 - TAKE Judge Dillard made a motion to adopt the Concho County General Fund Maintenance and' Operations (M&O) and Special Road and Bridge Budget for Fiscal Year 2025, duly seconded by CONSIDERDSCUSSAPPROVEADOPTINO THE RAXRATE FOR1 THE GENERALFUNDFY Judge Dillard made a' motion to adopt the Concho County General Fund Maintenance and Operations (M&O) property tax rate for Fiscal Year 2025 on taxable property at $0.45 per $100 valuation, pursuant to $111.010 of the Texas Local Government Code and Chapter 26 of the Texas Tax Code, duly seconded by Commissioner Gierisch. Motion carried unanimously. CONSIDERIDISCUSSIAPPROVE ADOPTING THE TAX RATE FOR SPECIAL ROAD AND Judge Dillard made ar motion to adopt the Concho County Special Road and Bridge Maintenance and Operations property tax rate for Fiscal Year 2025 on taxable property at $0.095 per $100 valuation, pursuant to $111.010 of the Texas Local Government Code and Chapter 26 of the Texas Tax Code, duly seconded by Commissioner Bradshaw. Motion carried unanimously.
