Rene Luna and. Judge Fowler called Trane and mechanics came. Judge Fowler suggested to the Trane mechanic that the problem was probably with ai filter. The mechanic discovered a screen filter full ofrust. This issue is part of the periodic maintenance that should have been checked. Judge Fowler is going to discuss the charges that are going to pile up withi the all ofthes service calls whent this shouldi havel been checked Mr. Varela reported that he sent out the plans to Weaver & Jacobs to review. Weaver &. Jacobs will not be ablei to perform the work at thel DeWitt County Historical Museum. Mr. Varela is going to get aj packet together and will get with the County Auditor Neomi Williams to go out for bids. with the periodic maintenance.
