657  STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF CONCHO  BEI IT REMEMBERED THAT THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF CONCHO COUNTY, TEXAS, met in Regular Term for a Budget Workshop on this, the 13th day of August 2024 at Paint Rock, Texas, int the District Courtroom, Second Floor, after proper notice to the the proper length oft time, being Notice #6493, with the following members present, to-wit: public  for  David Dillard, County Judge, presiding; Trey Bradshaw, Commissioner, Precinct #1; Eric Gully, Commissioner, Precinct #2; Gary Gierisch, Commissioner, Precinct #3; Keith Dillard, Commissioner, Precinct #4; Amber Hall, County Clerk and Ex-Officio Clerk of Commissioners' Court; and  Jenifer Gierisch, County Treasurer; Scott Spoonts, Justice of the Peace; Brent Frazier,  Sheriff; when thet following business was transacted, to-wit; Judge Dillard called the meeting to order at 1:39 p.m. BUDGET WORKSHOP FORI FY 2025  County  Discussion and clarification oft the Budget for FY: 2025. Discussion about donation to Concho Soil and Water Conservation District. Tax Rates were discussed for General Fund and Lateral Road. Tentatively, we are looking at setting the tax rates at $0.451 for the General Fund, and $0.0951 for The Proposed Budget will be posted on the website on August 15, 2024.
