Hanover Borough Council Conditional Use Public Hearing, March 22, 2023 President Reichart convened the public meeting of Hanover Borough Council for a Conditional Use Decisional Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 6:45 PM in the Hanover Borough Council Chamber, 44 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA, as advertised. Onroll call the following answered as present: Mr. Fuentes, Mrs. Funk, Mrs. C. Greenholt, Mr. G. Greenholt, Mr. Hegberg, Mr. Kress, Mr. Lockard, Mr. Reichart, Mr. Roland, and Dr. Rupp; Mayor Whitman; Solicitor Shultis; Secretary Felix, Manager Lewis, Zoning Officer President Reichart read the statement: This is the time set for a conditional use decisional hearing regarding an application filed by John and. Janet Sipling, Jr. for a home occupation beauty shop at property located at 1100 East Walnut Stret, Hanover Borough, York County, Pennsylvania and located in the R-5 Higher Density Residential Zoning District. Solicitor Shultis stated that a Conditional Use Public Hearing was held on Monday, February 28, 2023 for an application submitted by John and Janet Sipling Jr., 1100 East Walnut Street, Hanover PA for a home occupation (1 chair beauty shop) at their residence at 1100 East Walnut Street (get from Shultis) and the meeting was continued until this Itv was moved by Mrs. Greenholt, seconded by Mr. Fuentes to approve the minutes of Itv was moved by Mr. Lockard, seconded by Mr. Roland to approve the Conditional Use Application filed by John and Janet Sipling, Jr. for a Home Occupation for a one (1) chair beauty shop) at 1100 East Walnut Street pursuant to Sections 140.302C,140423A. and 140-906 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Hanover, as amended, and to adopt the written decision of Borough Council relating thereto with the following conditions 1. The Applicant must obtain all applicable building permits for the proposed Miller and Stenographer Zepp. evening for a decisional public hearing. February 28, 2023. Motion carried. attached: addition. 2. All parking related to the Home Occupation must be provided in the parking area designated in the Applicant's submitted application. The Applicant will have to demonstrate, at the time of permitting, that the layout of spaces, aisles, and driveways within the parking area will be a manner that facilitates the motion of vehicles without having to move another and are ADA compliant. 3. Int the operation of the Home Occupation, the Applicant shall comply with all Borough Ordinances, Rules and Regulations related to the Borough's sanitary sewer system, including, but not limited to Chapter 286 of the Code of the Borough of Hanover.
