MINUTES OFTHE June 17, 2024  HANOVER BOROUGHZONING HEARING BOARD MEETING  Chairman Bond convened the meeting of thel Hanover Borough Zoning Board at 6:27 PM on Monday June 17, 2024 in the Hanover Municipal Building, 44 Frederick St, Hanover, Attendance: In attendance were. Zoning Hearing Board Members Bond, Funk and Shirk; Staff Members Secretary Felix, Administrative Assistant Graham-Herrick and Chief Code Enforcement/Zoning: Officer Miller; Stenographer Denise Travis; Borough Solicitor Timothy Shultis and Attorney Kurt Williams were present on behalfof Hanover Borough. Approval of Minutes: Itv was moved by Mr. Shirk, seconded by Mr. Funk to approve the minutes of the Zoning Hearing Board Meeting held on May 20, 2024. Motion carried.  PA, as advertised.  Zoning Solicitor Senft wasi not in attendance.  631 Broadway- Special Exception for Multi-Family Dwelling: Secretary Felix read the following Statement of the Secretary:  A Special Exception application was submitted on April 25, 2024 by Bradley Silvi, 100 Baugher Drive, Hanover, PA 17331 for the property located at 631 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331. The applicant is requesting consideration of a Special Exception for a Multi-Family Dwelling, per Article III, Section 140-302(A) and 140-302(B) oft the Hanover Borough Zoning Ordinance. The property is in the R- A public hearing was scheduled for Monday, June 17, 2024 at 6:00 PM and was Property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have also received notification by mail forwarded from this office on June 6, 2024. Proper posting of  5F High Density Residential Zoning District.  properly advertised on June 2, 2024 and June 9, 2024.  the property giving notification ofhearing has been certified. Attorney Erb reported that Mr. Silvi wishes to withdraw his application at this time, until the plans can be submitted in conformance with Planning Commission  recommendations. Board  June 17, 2024 Page 2  225 Moul Avenue Special Exception for Single Family Attached Dwelling (Rowhouse) Chairman Bond stated that due to the unexpected absence of Zoning Solicitor Senft, that the hearing for 225 Moul Avenue will need to be postponed until the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board on the third Monday of July. Mr. Funk moved, seconded by Mr. Shirk to reschedule the hearing for 225 Moul Avenue Mr. Funk moved, seconded by Mr. Shirk to adjourn the hearing at 6:33 pm.
