Zoning Hearing Board Members Bond, Funk and Shirk; Staff Members Secretary Felix, Administrative Assistant Graham-Herrick and Chief Code Enforcement/Zoning: Officer Miller; Stenographer Denise Travis; Borough Solicitor Timothy Shultis and Attorney Kurt Williams were present on behalfof Hanover Borough. Approval of Minutes: Itv was moved by Mr. Shirk, seconded by Mr. Funk to approve the minutes of the Zoning Hearing Board Meeting held on May 20, 2024. Motion carried. PA, as advertised. Zoning Solicitor Senft wasi not in attendance. 631 Broadway- Special Exception for Multi-Family Dwelling: Secretary Felix read the following Statement of the Secretary: A Special Exception application was submitted on April 25, 2024 by Bradley Silvi, 100 Baugher Drive, Hanover, PA 17331 for the property located at 631 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331. The applicant is requesting consideration of a Special Exception for a Multi-Family Dwelling, per Article III, Section 140-302(A) and 140-302(B) oft the Hanover Borough Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Funk moved, seconded by Mr. Shirk to reschedule the hearing for 225 Moul Avenue Mr. Funk moved, seconded by Mr. Shirk to adjourn the hearing at 6:33 pm.
