MINUTES OF THE HANOVER BOROUGH RECREATION BOARD MEETING  June 4, 2024  The regular meeting of the Hanover Borough Recreation Board was called to order at 5:30 PM Tuesday, June 4, 2024, in the Hanover Borough Council Chambers, 44 Frederick Street, Hanover, Attendance: In attendance were. Recreation Board Members Bill Markel, Andrea Hutton, School Representative Maria Shea, Jared Laird, & Shane Henderson; Staff Members Public Works Director AJ Grimm; Public Works Operations Manager Lori Musselman, Parks and Recreation Minutes: A motion was made to approve April 17, 2024 minutes by Ms. Hutton and seconded by Treasurer's Report: A motion was made to approve the Treasurer's Report for April & May  Pennsylvania.  Director Matt Purkins. Mr. Markel. Motion Carried.  2024 by Ms. Shea and seconded by Ms. Hutton. Motion carried.  New Business:  1. Ar nomination was made to elect Andrea Hutton as the chairperson for the 2. Amotion wasi made to approve Nacion De Fel Hanover's request for rental ofWirt: Park forl Family Fun Day on. June: 22, 2024, byl Mr. Laird, seconded 3. An motion was made to approve First Baptist Church's request for rental of Baer Ave Playground for a Meet Your Neighbor event on August 10,2024, by Mr. Laird, seconded by Mr. Markel. Motion carried. 4. Amotion was made to approve Stateline Canine Inc.' 's request for rental ofGood Field for their PSATrial event on September 28-29, 2024, by Mr.  Hanover Borough Recreation Board. by Mr. Markel. Motion carried.  Laird seconded by Mr. Markel.
