This is a very neat group of people, al lot of  energy. ENGINEER  CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER: A copy of the code officer reports are on file. Larry said there was a Planning Commission meeting Monday night and a Zoning Hearing meeting on Wednesday night. There were two lot sub divisions that needed reviewed and approved they! both are in front of you. One is for thel Dominoes Pizza, which the Catholic Church owns the parking lot,they donated some ground tol Dominoes so they would have room for a walki in cooler. The otheri is for an existing house and lot confirming, thes smaller piece is ai non confirming, the Zoning Hearing allows them tol build ai new house on it, it willl be 40% ofl lot size.
