UNFINISHED BUSINESS Jim] Kling asked ift there are any updates on the Stinky Runj project. This project has been going on for 27 years. Les stated there are: no updates, however Tony Miller has been in contact with addition viewings as far as design. They are corresponding, it has motion. Jim asked ift thel highways were: signed, and Chip said they are not prepared Jim) Kling asked ifthere has been any correspondence with BAMMER. Todd: Banks has not had any correspondence. les said there are a. lot of changes going on right now inj personal, Jim) Kling said al lot of people we have dealt with are retiring. He said there needs some work done. Regarding 4th street. Les explained that wel had received al H20 Grant, it was a major storm project there. There are some breaks in the hillside that have caused some additional water that was not there during the project andi its seems iti is not getting into the storm system. On the flip, therei is drainage in the West Side now too, it could bej just a very wet weather. Thel Mayor asked where we are at CMA taking over thel lines, Les said the 5371 Plan has been accepted. Lew Duttry had asked about the review on thel Research packets for thel landlords-tenants, he askedi ifthe new: members had this information. Les said some were pulled. Larry said our ordinance has been adopted, but Larry Mack stated it has been held back due to finding a way fund thet time involved for inspections.. It was passed 3t to 4 years ago. We may want to make changes. Larry thinks it should be strict to makei it worthwhile. Les gave an update on Clearly Ahead, shei is going to encourage Rob Swales to come next month. Larry said the plans have been approved but hel has notl been contacted1 to follow up on certaini items, so the permit has not beeni issued. The Mayor asked iftheb building has been picked.
