CLEARFIELD BOROUGH January 6, 2020  BOROUGH COUNCIL REORGANIZATION MEETING MINUTES  Clearfield Borough Council met on Monday, January 6,2020 at 7:001 PMi in Council Chambers at the Clearfield  Borough Building for the Reorganizational Meeting. Mayor. James P. Schell called the meeting to order. SWEARING IN OF ELECTED COUNCIL MEMBERS  Mayor. James P. Schell swore in the elected council members: Stephanie Errigo, Mason Strouse, and Scott Ortasic. PUBLIC AUDIENCE: None  ELECTION OF OFFICERS  Mayor Schell asked for nominations for President of] Borough Council. Steve] Harmic nominated Lew Duttry for President Duttry asked for nominations for the position of Clearfield! Borough Vicel President. Councilmember Lewis Duttry nominated: Robbie' Tubbs. Majority vote call taken, Robbie Tubbs is Clearfield Borough Vice President Duttry asked for nominations for thej position of Clearfield Borough President Pro Tem. Councilmember Robbie' Tubbs nominated Steve Harmic for thej position ofl Pro' Tem. Hearing no more: nominations President Duttry MOTION was made by Steve Harmic and seconded by. Jim Klingt to appoint James Moyer as the chairman ofthe  the officel President. Mayor asked for questions or remarks. Majority vote call.
