Opened the Public Hearing on the Proposed 2019 Tax Rate Mayor Kobelan opened the public hearing on the proposed 2019 tax rate. The city proposed the tax rate to be 25.514 cents per $100 of property value for the 2019 property tax year. The tax rate remains unchanged for the 7th year in a row.
