Discuss and take possible action on the City Administrator's Employment Agreement. 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council will adjourn into closed executive session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code (Consultation with Attorney), and pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code (Personnel), specifically to deliberate the appointment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of the City Administrator and to deliberate employee  salary increases.  3. Discuss and take possible action on items discussed in Executive Session.  4.
