Motion was made by Member Mills to accept the Consent Agenda. Motion was seconded by  Member Burney-Bisett. A roll call vote was taken. Discuss and Take Possible Action To Accept The Resignation of Tree Board Member, Motion was made by Chairperson Ramos to accept the resignation of Tree Board Member Nanci Coddington, effective May 18, 2024. Discuss and Take Possible Action On The Request From Aqua Texas' Lauren Savior, To Motion was made by Chairperson Ramos to reach out to Aqua Texas through Lauren Savior tor make a collaborative effort in water conservation in the City of Woodcreek. Motion was  Create A. Joint Educational Program For the Woodcreek Community.  seconded by Member Burney-Biset. Discuss and Take Possible Action To Address Oak Wilt Impacted Trees On The City's Rights-of-Way, Based On The City-Wide Oak Wilt Assessment And Treatment Solutions Motion was made by Member Mills to recommend City Council hiring a certified arborist, oak wilt qualified, to survey all existing city property, referenced in the Tree Ordinance 22-308, Chart Map 98.19) for oak wilt disease with treatment recommendations. Discuss and Take Possible Action To Create A Tree Management Care Plan, Including  Review of Tree Survey Results.  Motion was made by Chairperson Ramos to begin working on the Tree Care Management Plan for the Tree Board of City of Woodcreek's use. We will break down into committees and work on aspects of the care plan, as described and recommended in the Tree Board Handbook. Tree Board Members will form committees of two and begin the work of composing the plan for the City Council use, and present progress on the plan at every Tree Board Meeting untili it is completed. Motion was seconded by Member Mills.  A roll call vote was taken.
