CONSENT AGENDA  1. Approval of Special Infrastructure and Mobility Panel Meeting Minutes From June 24, Motion was made by Panelist Gallaway to approve the minutes. Motion was seconded by  2024. Discuss and Take Possible Action On Council's Recommendation To Perform Road Surface Patchwork On The North to South Section of Deerfield Drive, Utilizing Street Motion was made by' Vice-Chairperson Johns to request that City Council perform road surface patchwork on the North to South section of Deerfield Drive, utilizing Street Maintenance Funds,  Maintenance Funds.  not to exceed $6,000. Motion was seconded by Panelist Tormo. Chairperson Biggs Called for the Vote by A Show of Hands.  Motion Passed: 5-0-0.  4. Discuss and Take Possible Action To Recommend to Council AI Designated Dollar Amount For An Annual Road Maintenance Budget, Beginning With The FY 2024-2025 Motion was made by' Vice-Charperson Johns to recommend to City Council that they move the $75,000 sitting in the G.O. Bonds into Maintenance for roads while the Infrastructure and Mobility Panel continues to work on the formula for road maintenance. Motion was seconded  Budget.  by Panelist Holt. Motion Passed: 5-0-0.  Chairperson Biggs Called for the Vote by A Show of Hands.  5. Workshop To Review Historical City Drainage Studies. This item was discussed under Item #6.  6. Workshop To Discuss the Infrastructure and Mobility Panel Hosting a Town Hall.  Workshop Opened at 5:11 PM. Workshop Closed at 5:36 PM.  7. Discuss and Take Action on the Infrastructure and Mobility Panel Town Hall.  Motion was made by Vice-Chairperson Johns that we hold a Town Hall Meeting for the purpose ofreceiving input and first-hand accounts of drainage problems or issues throughout the City of Woodcreek and invite Freeland Turk. Motion was seconded by Panelist Tormo.  Chairperson Biggs Called for the Vote by A Show of Hands.  Motion Passed: 5-0-0.  8. Workshop To Discuss Ordinance Chapter 92: Streets and Sidewalks, Excavations and Cuttings, In Relation To Utility Service Installation and Repairs in the City of Woodcreek. Discuss and Take Possible Action To Recommend to Council Changes To Ordinance Chapter 92: Streets and Sidewalks, Excavations and Cuttings, In Relation To Utility Motion was made by Vice-Chairperson Johns that we recommend to City Council that they engage Freeland Turk to study the City Ordinance on street cuts, specifically in the area of street cut repair width, and materials to be used in the repair after the road is cut. Workshop To Discuss A Pedestrian Mobility Safety Plan For The City of Woodcreek.  Workshop Opened at 6:04 PM. Workshop Closed at 6:11PM.  11. Discuss and Take Possible Action To Recommend To Council The Creation OfA  Pedestrian Mobility Safety Plan For The City of Woodcreek.
