Public Hearing on the Tax Rate of 0.159947 per $100 of valuation in support of the FY2024/2025 Budget. This tax rate has been proposed by the City Council of Weir. The proposed tax rate is not greater than the Voter Approval Rate and is less than the  De Minimis Rate.  5. Action and Other Items  a. Discussion and/or approval of the August 8, 2024 Minutes. b. Discussion and/or approval oft the monthly financial statements. Nominations and/or appointment to Place 1 (Mayor) vacancy. d. Nominations and/or appointment to additional vacancies on the City Council. e. Discussion and/or action on Ordinance No. 2024-09-12A, and record vote on the proposed FY 2024-2025 Budget beginning October 1, 2024 and terminating September 30, 2025; providing for an effective date; providing a severability clause; and providing . Discussion and/or action on Ordinance No. 2024-09-12B, and record vote establishing the tax rate for FY2024/2025 of0.159947 per $100 of valuation. g.
