Also, please furnish a copy of written notes for the Board files.  Comments will be limited to five (5) minutes.  Any group (3 or more) wishing to address the Council on a particular issue will be limited to a total of 10 minutes. When your name is called, please step up to the lectern, located at the front of the room, and state your name and Individuals are asked not to duplicate comments made by others, especially when addressing the Council as a group. Following the opening of a public hearing and comments made by staff, the Mayor will call on anyone who has made a request to address that particular item. Citizens are asked to refrain from addressing more than one item at ai time. Anyone wishing to address a public hearing items willl be called on during the public hearing. Those wishing to Items NOT on the agenda will NOT be deliberated by the Council but may be placed on at future agenda.
