The City Council will hold a closed executive meeting pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government, code, in accordance with the authority contained in: a. Section 551.074, Personnel Matters to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal ofaj public officer or b. Section 551.071, Consultation with City Attorney about pending or contemplated  employee (Public Works Director).  litigation.
