The Tioga City Council will hold a public hearing on October 14, 2024 for the purpose of discussing a petition of annexation filed by Ed Reynolds to annex 13.959 acres of land, more or less, being a tract ofl land situated in the. James McKinney Survey, Abstract No. 853, Grayson County, Texas and being part of a called 20.0 acres tract of land described in Deed to Ed F. Reynolds as recorded in Volume 2933, Page 59, Deed Records, Grayson County, Texas, at 7:00 p.m. at Tioga Fire Department Meeting Room, 601 Main Street,  Tioga, into the city! limits.
