June 27, 2024  MINUTES  CALLTOORDER  The Chair oft the Main Street Advisory Board called the meeting to order at 9:45 AM.  The following were in attendance:  BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Jocelyn Perez, Scott Allen, Jilll Burke, Rita Cook,  BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: OTHERS ATTENDING: REGULAR. AGENDA  Julie Thomas, Aimee Shouse, Ashley Thomas, Darrell Brown  Discussed upcoming events and previous town hall meeting. Noticed more engagement and took away lots of ideas and new approaches for incentives. Will have and update form retail strategies at next board meeting. Focused on upcoming farmers market and compared to last months. Thought of different time options just to  read the different opinionsand what the public might possibly benefit form. Ashley presented managers report along with updated social media impact report. Refresher on the historical overlay plan for downtown and the feedback we have been receiving.
