Call Regular City Council meeting to order 2. Call Roll and establish quorum is present 3. Pledge of Allegiance and Texas Pledge  4. Prayer  5. Citizen Comments: At this time, comments will be taken from the audience on any subject matter. To address the Council, please sign the Opinion/Speaker Registration Form located ont the table ati the entrance oft the meeting room and deliver tot the City Secretary before the meeting begins. Should there be more than five (5) people who wish to speak on a particular issue it is requested that they select one (1) representative to speak for them. In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Council may not discuss or take action on any item which has not been posted on the agenda. Citizens are to refrain from any personal attacks on the council or any member of the staff. Failure to abide by these policies could result in a charge  of disorderly conduct. Executive Session  6.Closed Session: City Council will meet in Closed session pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551 ofthe Texas Government Code, in accordance with the authority contained in:  Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment of duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against officer or  employee, including the City Manager.  7.Open Session: The City Council will reconvene in Open Session at which time action on  the matter(s) discussed in Closed Session may be considered.
