Call to Order and announce quorum is present  Invocation and Pledges Public Comments:  Citizens who desire to address the Council on any matter may sign up to do so prior to this meeting. Public comments will be received during this portion oft the meeting. Please limit comments to three  (3)minutes. No discussion or finalaction willl be taken by the Council.  IV.  Discussion/Action Items:  1.  Discuss and consider approving Ordinance No. 2024-07, an Ordinance of the City of San Saba, Texas, adopting a Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan; Establishing Criteria for the Initiation and Termination of Drought Response Stages; Establishing Restrictions on Certain Water Uses; Establishing Penalties for the Violation of and Provisions for Enforcement of these Restrictions; Establishing Procedures for Granting Variances; and Providing Severability and an Effective Date.  V. Adjourn Meeting  The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed, as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551,073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551,074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.087 (Economic Development).
