PUBLIC NOTICE  The Planning and Zoning Commission of San Saba, Texas will hold a public hearing prior to the meeting on Thursday, September Sth, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at the City Hall in the Council Chambers, 303 S. Clear Street, to receive comments on (1) zoning variance and (1) zoning change, in compliance with Chapter 551, Govt. Code, Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated (OPEN  MEETINGS LAW) as follows:  1.
