MINUTES OF A CITY OF PINEY POINT VILLAGE PUBLIC HEARING AND REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2022, AT 6:00 P.M. AT CITY HALL CHAMBERS, 7676 WOODWAY DR., SUITE 300, HOUSTON, TEXAS. Councilmembers Present: Mayor Mark Kobelan, Dale Dodds, Aliza Dutt, City Representatives Present: Bobby Pennington, City Administrator; David Olson, City Attorney; Annette Arriaga, Director of Planning and Development; Joe Michael Herminghaus, Brian Thompson, Joel Bender. Moore, City Engineer; Angelo Vela, Administrative Assistant. Call To Order Mayor Kobelan declared a quorum and called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. Council led the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States of America Flag. Pledge Of Allegiance Citizens Wishing to Address Council There were no citizens wishing to address council regarding items that are not on the agenda. Agenda 1. Public Hearing on the Spring Branch ISD Memorial Drive Elementary Specific Use Permit to allow for the rebuild of Memorial Drive Elementary School. a) Open Public Hearing on Memorial Drive Elementary Specific Use Permit. Council adjourned into closed session at 7:43 p.m. Council reconvened into open session at 8:35 p.m. 4.
