Minutes The City of Princeton  City Council Work Session Meeting of August 12, 2024  The City Council of the City of Princeton, Texas, met in Work Session on August 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber at the Municipal Center, located  at 2000 E. Princeton Dr. Princeton, Texas 75407.  The following City Counciimembers were present: Mayor Brianna Chacon, Mayor Pro Tempore Steven Deffibaugh, Councilmember Bryan Washington, Councilmember David Kleiber, Councilmember Ryan Gerfers, Councimember Carolyn David-Graves, Councimember Ben Long, and Councimember Marlo  Obera.  The following Staff Members were present: City Manager Michael Mashburn, Interim Deputy City Manager John Land, Assistant City Manager Allison Cook, City Secretary Amber Anderson, City Attorney Grant Lowry, City Attorney Stan Lowry, Police Chief Waters, IT Director Rick Irvine, Sergeant Flatt, Detective Rizzo, Police Department Administrative Coordinator Tiffany West, Director of Marketing and Communications Erin Mudie, Community Events Manager Meagan Petter-Bernard. Mayor Chacôn called roll, present were Councimembers: Bryan Washington, Marlo Obera, David Kleiber, Mayor Pro Tempore Steven Deffibaugh, Ryan  Gerfers, Ben Long, and Carolyn Davd-Graves.  Mayor Chacon called the City Council Meeting to order at 6:02 p.m Mayor Chacon announced the first item under the work session agenda B.1 2024-157: Discuss the appointments and/or reappointments to the Boards and  1    Commissions for the Community Development Corporation and Economic  Development Corporation. No Action  Mayor Chacon asked for a motion to adjourn.  Councimember Bryan Washington made a motion to adjourn. Councimember Carolyn David-Graves seconded the motion to adjourn.
