Minutes The City of Princeton  City Council Budget Town Hall Meeting of July 8, 2024  The City Council of the City of Princeton, Texas, met in Budget Town Hall Meeting Session on July 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber at the Municipal Center, located at 2000 E. Princeton Dr. Princeton, Texas 75407. The following City Councimembers were present: Mayor Brianna Chacôn, Mayor Pro Tempore Steven Deffibaugh, Councimember Bryan Washington, Councilmember Ryan Gerfers, Councilmember Carolyn David-Graves, and  Councilmember Ben Long.  The following staff members were absent: Councimember David Kleiber. The following Staff Members were present: City Manager Michael Mashburn, Interim Deputy City Manager John Land, Assistant City Manager Allison Cook, City Secretary Amber Anderson, City Attorney Grant Lowry, Police ChiefWaters, Officer Bradford, Officer Quimbey, Director ofIT Rick Irvine, Employee Experience Director Fallan Carrillo, Building Official Ismael Rivera, Community Events Manager Meagan Petter, Parks and Recreation Director Chase Bryant, Revenue Manager William Rosales, Utility Billing Supervisor Mercedes Rodriguez, and Director of Public Works  Tommy Mapp.  Mayor Chacôn called roll, present were Councimembers: Ryan Gerfers, Bryan Washington, Mayor Pro Tempore Steven Deffibaugh, Carolyn David-Graves, Ben  Long.  Mayor Chacôn called the City Council Meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.    Mayor Chacôn announced the first item under special agenda A.1 2024-135:  Discuss Fiscal Year 2024/25 budget. No Action Mayor Chacôn asked for a motion to adjourn.  Councilmember Carolyn David-Graves made a motion to adjourn. Mayor Pro Tempore Steven Deffibaugh seconded the motion to adjourn.
