Motionwas made by Council Member Billy Crittenden and seconded by Council Member Garry Hershman Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Barbara Earhart to  toc consider, discuss, and take possible action on approving the Minutes for July 25, 2024.  approve the Minutes for July 25, 2024.  Vote: Alli int favor Motion carried.  6. Public Comments: None 7. New Business:  A. Motion was made by Council Member Barbara Earhart and seconded by Dyane Anderson to consider, Motion was made by Council Member Billy Crittenden and seconded by Council Member Barbara Earhart to action a mandatory freeze on overtime for hourly city employees excluding the Warrant Division and Police  discuss, and take possible action regarding hourly employees.  Department.  Vote: All int favor Motion carried.  B. Item removed by Mayor Anderson.
