Minutes:  A. Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Barbara Earhart to consider, discuss, and take possible action on approving the Minutes for. July 18, 2024. Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Barbara Earhart to  approve the Minutes for. July 18, 2024.  Vote: Alli ini favor Motion carried.  6. Public Comments: None 7. New Business:  A. Motion was made by Council Member Dyane Anderson and seconded by Billy Crittenden to consider, Motion was made by Council Member Barbara Earhart and seconded by Council Member Billy Crittenden to  discuss, and possibly act on replacing the city phone system damaged during! Hurricane Beryl. approve replacing the city phone system damaged during Hurricane Beryl.  Vote: All in favor Motion carried.  B. Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Dyane Anderson consider, discuss, and take possible action on approving additional budget workshop dates for the: 2024-2025 Motion was made by Council Member Dyane Anderson and seconded by Council Member Garry Hershman to approve additional Budget Workshop dates for August 1st and August 5th to discuss the fiscal year 2024-  fiscal year budget.  2025 fiscal budget should additional time be needed.  Vote: Allinf favor Motion carried.    Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Barbara Earhart to adjourn the  Special City Council Meeting.  7:56P.M.
