Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Dyane Anderson to consider, discuss, and take possible action on approving RESOLUTION 2024-008 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTON VILLAGE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF A CONTRACT AMENDMENT REQUEST FOR THE TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PATTON VILLAGE AND THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Barbara Earhart toapprove RESOLUTION2024-008 Al RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTON VILLAGE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF ACONTRACT AMENDMENTF REQUESTFOR THE TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PATTON VILLAGE AND THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (TDA), CONTRACT NUMBER CDV23-  AGRICULTURE (TDA), CONTRACT NUMBER CDV23-0390.  0390. Motion was made by Council Member Dyane Anderson and seconded by Council Member Garry Hershman to consider, discuss, and take possible action on approving the Joint Election Agreement between the City of Patton Village and Montgomery County, Texas, by its County Election Officer, Suzie  Harvey. Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Dyane Anderson to consider, discuss, and take action to accept EXCESS COLLECTIONS FOR 2023 DEBT SERVICE AND CERTIFICATION FOR DEBT SERVICE COLLECTION RATE FOR: 2024/2025. Motion was made by Council Member Garry Hershman and seconded by Council Member Billy Crittenden to accept EXCESS COLLECTIONS FOR 2023 DEBT SERVICE AND CERTIFICATION FOR DEBT  SERVICE COLLECTION RATE FOR: 2024/2025.
