Councilmember Kareem Boyce Councilmember Sydney Hargroder  And none being absent, constituting a quorum at which time the: following business was transacted.  TO ORDER  Mayor Kennedy called the work session to order at 6:02 P.M.  CITIZEN COMMENTS There were no comments from the public. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION  1. Presentation of the proposed budget and tax rate for fiscal year 2024-25. Robert Hemminger provided al brief overview oft the proposed budget. 2. Discussion on al Development Agreement and Plan ofDevelopment for Maple Farms. Discussion between the Developer and the City Council on the development agreement and plan  ofdevelopment for Maple Farms occurred.  ADJOURNMENT  UW  The worksession was adjourned at 6:51 P.M.
