Councilmember Kareem Boyce Councilmember Sydney Hargroder  And none being absent, constituting a quorum at which time the following business was transacted.  CALL TO ORDER CITIZEN COMMENTS There were no comments from the public. EXECUTIVE SESSION-5:01 P.M. attorney on the following:  Mayor Kennedy called the worksession to order at 5:00 P.M.  Executive session in accordance with 551.071 ofthe Texas Gov't Code to deliberate and consult with 1. Discussion on potential or threatened legal action related to development agreement default.  The Council returned from Executive Session at 6:01 P.M.  ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION  2. Presentation ofinformation related to the transition of water and wastewater utilities from MUD  55 to the City of Iowa Colony.  The Mayor called a recess at 6:58 P.M. to go back into executive session. The City Council returned from executive session at 7:15 P.M.  ADJOURNMENT  The meeting was adjourned at 7:35P.M.
