Councilman Seale made a motion to approve the minutes from the February 20, 2023, meeting. Mayor Pro Tem Steinhauser seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. C2. Council person Eversole made a motion to approve the financial statements for February 2023. Council person Sears seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. Deliberation Agenda DA3.1.2023.1 DA3.1.2023.2 No action on swearing in the new Code Enforcement Official. Councilman Seale made a motion for the attorney to draft letter with a set due date for the written audit and a date for an appearance here for a verbal explanation on the status oft the 2019-2020 Audit. Council person Eversole Council person Sears made a motion to approve the and take appropriate action on Ordinance No. 2023.03.01 for Food Trucks. Council person Eversole seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. Mayor Pro Tem Steinhauser made a motion to have an ordinance written toi install stop signs to the streets that cross over W.3rd St/ Specifically S. Hudson (north & south) and S. Penn St (north & south). Councilman Kocian seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion Carried. Council person Sears made a motion to approve reimbursement for health care of $25 a month for City Manager and an additional $200 ai month to go towards the Medical Savings account in lieu of the $735.00 a month for all current full-time employees. Council person Eversole seconded the No action taken on the lease for the United States Postal Service. Mayor Geesaman appointed Councilman Seale and Council Person Eversole to Mayor Pro Tem Steinhauser made a motion to approve changing the name of the baseball field to Mike Schulze Legion Field. Council person Eversole seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion carried. Councilman Seale made a motion to proçeed with sending out public hearing notices and to write an ordinance to have the area bounded by Walnut St/11"St/ City limit rezoned from R1 to R2, as recommended by the committee that was appointed by City Council.
