Minutes Flatonia City Council Special Council Meeting October 26, 2021  Present:  Mayor Pro Tem Councipersons  Catherine Steinhauser Mark Eversole Dennis Geesaman Ginny Sears Allen Kocian  City Staff  Wayne McKethan, Interim City Manager Jack Pavlas, Utility Director Lee Dick, Police Chief  Cheryl Sedlar, Building Permits/Customer Service Administrator  Mayor Pro Tem Catherine Steinhauser called the Special Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. The invocation was given by Mayor Pro Tem Steinhauser. Mayor Pro Tem Steinhauser led the  pledges to the American and Texas flags. No Citizen's Participation No Reports No Consent Agenda Executive Session p.m. to discuss: EXI0-3-2021.1  Mayor Pro Tem Steinhauser convened the Flatonia City Council into Executive Session at 5:10  As Authorized by Texas Government Code 551.074 (personnel Matters) Deliberating the Appointment Employment, Evaluation, Reassignment, Duties, Discipline or Dismissal of a Public Officer or Employee:  regarding:  Interview ofCity Manager Candidates  Mayor Pro Tem Steinhauser reconvened the City Council into Regular Session at 6:24 p.m.  Deliberation Agenda DAI0-3-2021.1  Consider and take appropriate action regarding the City Manager    Candidates.  No action was taken regarding the City Manager Candidates.
