Public Participation  Pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.007, members of the public may speak on an agenda item during the Public Participation section of the meeting or att thet timet the agenda itemi is calledi for discussion by the mayor. Speakers shall be given three (3) minutes tos speak. A speaker needing at translator and/or interpreter may be given six (6) minutes to speak. Criticism of city employees or staff shall be allowed, but only after all administrative remedies havel been exhaustedi regarding any such complaint giving riset to the criticism. Those wishing to address the Council regarding ani item not ont the agenda must be a citizen, property owner or business owner of Grand Saline. Comments on such non-agenda items shall be limited tot three minutes.
