REGULAR SESSION August 26, 2024 PAGE1  Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting was held on August 24, 2024, at the Garrison City Hall. Members present were Mayor Keith Yarbrough, Arnie Kelley, Hope Hallmark, Tim Wright, Travis Simon, and Darrell Lunsford. Others present were. Jack Brown, Jenny Frederick, and Devin Horesham.  Mayor Keith' Yarbrough called the meeting to order at 5:00P.M.  Jack Brown led in prayer.  The council adjourned to closed session at 5:01 P.M. to discuss hiring a maintenance employee fort the  City of Garrison per Texas Government Code 551.074. The council reconvened to open session at! 5:40 P.M.  Arnie Kelley moved to authorize. Jack to offer employment to Devin Horesham based on references and to start at $15 per hour, then increase to $16 per hour after 60 days. Hope Hallmark seconded..
