Minutes Flatonia City Council Special Meeting July19,2021  Present: Mayor Councipersons  Bryan Milson Catherine Steinhauser Mark Eversole Dennis Geesaman Ginny Sears Allen Kocian Sarah Novo, City Manager Heather Ambrose, City Secretary Jack Pavlas, Utilities Director Lee Dick, Police Chief  City Staff  Mayor Milson called the Special meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.  The invocation was given by Councilmember Kocian. Mayor Milson led the pledges to the  American and Texas flags. Workshop Agenda  WS7.2-21.1 Council held workshop on FY2021-2022 Budget.  Council recessed the meeting at 6:38 p.m. Council reconvened the meeting at 7:02 p.m.  Deliberation Agenda  DA7.2-2021.1 Consider action on FY2021-2022 Budget. No action was taken on thisi item.
